hanoi - Emergency weather has cost 37 people in Vietnam. They came across landslides caused by heavy rainfall.
Vietnam is more frequent with devastating storms and floods, but according to the people involved it is particularly serious this time. Due to the emergency weather in the north and middle of the country, 17,000 people had to be evacuated. Forty people are missing.
