Kill by double bombing in Tikrit

tikrit - Two attacks in the Iraqi city of Tikrit Saturday have killed at least twelve people. Least 23 others were injured.

Just north of the city terrorists fired at a checkpoint four policemen dead. One of the militants was himself killed. Two others were short time later on the outskirts to detonate a car with explosives. When the attack came another eight people dead. The 23 wounded were all here.

It was the first major attack since Tikrit in April 2015 was recaptured by Islamic State. No one has yet claimed responsibility for the double attack.
