nice - Oligarch Soelejman Kerimov (51) is suspected of tax evasion in France. On Monday, the billionaire was arrested in Nice, on Wednesday he was allowed to leave his cell. He did have to hand in his passport and pay five million euros. He can not leave Nice and must report to the police a few times a week.
