Justice in cassation against punishment Pistorius

johannesburg - The Public Prosecutor in South Africa is in cassation against the penalty that Oscar Pistorius received last year. The well-known paralympic runner was charged six years for the shooting of his girlfriend, the model model Reeva Steenkamp.

The cassation will be held on 3 November before the Supreme Court of South Africa.

In 2016, the OM demanded 15 years of imprisonment in appeal. On 14 February 2013, Pistorius, 30, solved the four shots through the bathroom door, causing his girlfriend to die. He has always maintained that he thought there was an intruder in the bathroom.
