honolulu - The US Department of Justice will appeal the decision of a federal judge in Hawaii to suspend the entry ban for President Trump indefinitely.

The federal court Wednesday extended the blockade on the national implementation of the travel ban. He believes that the decree of President Trump seems to be intended to exclude Muslims from the United States.

It is the second attempt by Trump to introduce an entry ban. The first time the judge blocked the ban because it was unconstitutional.

Hawaiian matter now falls to the Court of Appeal in San Francisco.

The new prohibition concerns the inhabitants of Muslim countries Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Libya and Iran. The original entry ban also applied to citizens of Iraq and denied Syrian refugees indefinitely access to the US
