Judge gives nine years for murder without a body

karlsruhe - The court in Karlsruhe, Germany on Friday a man of manslaughter sentenced to nine years in prison. He has his 34-year-old woman killed in their homes. There is one aspect that the emotions involved such: there is no corpse.

The woman was coming from Vietnam last seen in July 2014. Police have done an extensive search but have not found her. The prosecutor sued the husband for murder and had demanded thirteen years, but the judges did not go in with it. The lawyer had demanded acquittal.

The judge said there was no 'evidence' but that there is no alternative explanation for the disappearance of the woman.
