Judge crosses plan Trump

san francisco - Again, a plan by President Donald Trump has been wrecked. This time by District Court judge William Orrick from San Francisco. He blocked Trump's decree on the financial shortening of so-called 'sanctuary cities' on Tuesday. These are cities that refuse to cooperate in expelling illegal immigrants.

Orrick considered that prosecutors who contest Trumps could prove that it is unconstitutional. Santa Clara County, including San José and smaller municipalities in Silicon Valley, went to court for the same reason.

The federal government can appeal to the Court. The Trump government, which has not yet responded to this new opposition, has already fought with the entry ban for residents of some of the major Islamic countries.
