Japanese girl escaped two years after abduction

- A fifteen year old girl two years ago was kidnapped in Japanese city of Asaka, managed to escape from her 23-year-old kidnapper. The girl was all the while held captive, and the man held her closely watched, reports The Japan Times Monday.

The girl managed to escape because the man Sunday forgot to lock the door when he had to get away. Then she slipped out the door and alerted the police. Who held the kidnapper Kabu Terauchi on after he had apparently attempted suicide.
