Japan proposes fourth reactor in operation

- Five years after the nuclear disaster in Fukushima, Japan despite protests from the population made a fourth nuclear reactor in operation. Operator Kansai Electric Power began reactor number four of the Takahama nuclear power plant in the western province of Fukui on Friday.
A few days earlier there was an adjoining building 34 liters of radioactive cooling water leaked contaminated. The cause was a loose bolt, according to the central. The released radiation dose would have remained below the maximum allowable limit.
