A bomb attack caused nine people at the village on Friday morning. Israeli soldiers then had to intervene when about ten graves wanted to cross the border with Syria. They wanted to help the inhabitants of Hader. Dozens of other grapes gathered outside the border gate.

Israel later sent more soldiers and agents to Golan Heights to prevent Israeli grapes from crossing the border. Also, the authorities promised to protect the village. The army stated in a statement 'Being ready to assist residents to prevent damage or conquest of the village'.
