beirut - Territory Organization Islamic State (IS) has reverted a part of the Syrian place Albu Kamal to the Syrian army. That says the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. On Thursday, the Syrian army reported that the last bulwark of IS was entirely in the hands of government forces.
