International day of gardening

amsterdam - Saturday, May 5 is the international day of nude gardening.

The World Naked Gardening Day traditionally takes place on the first Saturday of May. The day has been around since 2005 and this year coincides with Liberation Day on 5 May. The day was created in 2005 by the American nudist organization Body Freedom Collaborative, Metro writes.

The initiators of this day argue that nude gardening contributes to a positive self-image. There is, however, one condition: you can only participate if it is certain that the neighbors can not see you.

Anyone who ventures to this way of gardening today may bring out the sunscreen: it will be a sun-drenched day.
