Instagram launches Boomerang app

- The team behind Instagram has launched a new video app that enables users to create movies and share one second. The Boomerang app plays the video very fast forward and reverse.

This boomerang effect distinguishes the apk files from POISON and short fimpjes such as Vine. The Boomerang app does not have a social element so it is intended that the videos are shared on Facebook and Instagram.

To use Boomerang app users do not log on, even an Instagram account is not required.

Boomerang is the third standalone app that comes from the pen of Instagram. Earlier, the team launched Hyper Lapse and Layout.
