oudenburg - In a truck that was involved in a major accident in Belgium on Thursday found four people without residence papers. They had been given a day earlier to hear that they had to leave the country and would probably travel to the UK, police said. The foursome is released and must have left Belgium in four days.
In the accident on the E40 highway towards the coast were three trucks, a van and a car involved. There were one dead, two seriously injured and three lightly wounded. The illegal immigrants were not injured.
Many beachgoers were delayed by the accident at the height of Oudenburg. A local emergency plan was even put into operation to provide motorists with water. As in the Netherlands it is very hot in Belgium.
