ICTY acquits Seselj

- The Serb Seselj Vojoslav Thursday acquitted by the ICTY in The Hague for crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in the nineties, during the war in the Balkans.

Seselj was in the nineties, the founder of the right-nationalist Serbian Radical Party. Prosecutors accused him of having organized ethnic groups against each other before the war broke out. The judges deemed the evidence insufficient.,, Vojislav Seselj is now a free man, '' said chief judge Jean-Claude Antonetti.
