Hurricane José shaves along French islands

paris - Hurricane José has left the Fanse islands of St Martin and Saint-Barthélemy virtually untouched. The hurricane passed north of the islands. The French weather services did provide a warning for a heavy storm.
Locally high wind speeds were measured. There were waves of three meters high, lower than feared. Local authorities had set a ban on entertainment
