Hundreds of arrests during anti-Trump protest

washington - In case of protests against the immigration policy of the American government in the capital Washington, according to American media, almost 600 people have been arrested. The protesters invaded an office building of the American Senate and called slogans against President Donald Trump.

The demonstrators were mostly women dressed in white. They sat down on the floor of the building and dressed in silver-colored blankets. When the demonstrators refused to leave the premises by order of the police, they were beaten.

Some Democratic members of parliament were also present during the campaign to show their support to the protesters. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand held up a sign with the text: 'Stop the detention now'.
