This is shown by the published S \u0026 amp; P CoreLogic Case Shiller index, which shows the price development.
The figure corresponds to the average expectation of economists. In November, prices went up by 0.7 percent on a monthly basis. Compared to a year earlier, homes were on average 6.3 percent more expensive in December.
