wyoming - Bystanders have saved a herd of elk from a frozen lake in Wyoming last week. Around 25 residents of the city have together ensured that none of the animals drowned in the ice-cold lake.
'Fortunately, the elk fell into a hole about 20 meters from the coast. That gave us the opportunity to mold a human chain to the side, 'writes one of the heroes on Facebook.
Miraculously, all animals have survived the accident.
