amsterdam - Hackers managed to crack a fire truck's communication car. At a hackers festival in Flevoland, the North and East Gelderland fire brigade had set two fire trucks to test the security by visitors. Within one and a half hours, one of them had access to the Internet router aboard one of the cars, the NOS writes.
'I can now create a user on the network,' said the hacker, security investigator Dave Wurtz. The communication car is used for major operations in areas with moderate coverage of the mobile network.
