- Google has a total of 27.3 million first funding allocated to European media projects as part of its fund 'Digital News Initiative Innovation Fund.

The US company last year booked 150 million euros to fund innovative digital projects in the European press. Wednesday, Google CEO Sundar Pichai announced in Paris that has been divided for the first round 27 million over a total of 128 projects in 23 European countries. Over 1 million goes to the Netherlands.
