'Google launches Pixel 2 on October 4'

new york - Google seems to be presenting his latest smartphone, the Pixel 2, on Wednesday, October 4th. That date is on a Google landing page and on billboards in the United States. 'Ask more from your phone', is the motto of launch. Previously, October 5th was named as launch date.

The Pixel 2 needs to compete with the latest iPhones and with the Samsung Galaxy Note8.

It is not yet known how the new smartphone will look like. According to the rumor, the device gets a Snapdragon 836 processor, the latest Qualcomm chip, and runs on the new Android 8.0 Oreo operating system. There are probably two versions: the Pixel 2 made by HTC and the Pixel 2 XL made by LG. A headphone jack is probably not on the smartphone.
