mountain view - Google has made a web version of Allo chat program. However, it only works in Chrome, and can only be opened with a QR code on an Android phone. The web-allo is not yet available for other devices and other browsers.
The way of logging in, with QR code, is comparable to Web-WhatsApp. The program has integrated the smart assistant assistant, Google's counterpart of Siri.
Allo was launched about a year ago, but it is not yet true. The number of visitors does not come close to, for example, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
