- One year after the bloody attack on the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo brings a special edition. On the cover is God portrayed with a Kalashnikov on his back. The accompanying text states that a year after the attack, the killer is still at large.

On January 7, 2015 two terrorists attacked the editorial office of the weekly newspaper in Paris. There were twelve people, including eight journalists. Ten others were injured. The perpetrators, two brothers of respectively 32 and 34 years, came later in the town of Dammartin-en-Goƫle during a shootout with police killed. Editor Riss, who survived the attack, condemned in the latest issue of extremism.

Charlie Hebdo had in 2011 been the target of an attack. At the time, a Molotov cocktail was thrown.

The magazine has a circulation of about 200 000 copies. The current track comes in a much larger circulation of about one million copies. A week after the attack last year went even 7.5 million copies were sold.
