Globe launches Spotify for books'

utrecht - Bol.com web store and e-reader maker Kobo launch on Wednesday a subscription service for books. Users can read for € 9.99 per month unlimited books. The company starts with a library of 45,000 books, 16,000 Dutch titles.

The service, called Kobo Plus, works on smartphones, tablets and e-readers from Kobo. Customers looking for some books on the website of the online store, see if the titles are included in the service. Among other books by authors like Kluun Herman Koch and Ronald Giphart are included in the range.

According Globe director Daniel Ropers is such a 'Spotify for books 'for some time a desire of customers.

Bol. com began selling e-books in 2009.
