Giant leap sale of new US homes

- The sale of new homes in the United States has unexpectedly increased by 17.5 percent this month compared to the previous month.
This was reported by the US Department of Commerce on the basis of a first estimate.
Economists assumed, on average, a decrease of 4.4 percent. Sales came to a pace of 733,000 homes on an annual basis. In November, sales fell by a revised 1.7 percent.
