Germany closes embassy Turkey

- Germany has closed its diplomatic offices in Turkey. This happened in response to specific terrorist threats, says Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier on Thursday.

The German security service was Wednesday indications that terrorists preparing attacks against German offices in Turkey. The country then decided that the offices remain closed.

It comes to the Embassy in Ankara and the consulate in Istanbul. German schools also remain closed in the two cities. Steinmeier calls it a necessary measure because,, the protection of German citizens, the people who work and learning should take precedence. '
