German school students injured by attack with pepper spray

daun - Seventeen schoolchildren were wounded in Daun in Germany on Thursday when a thirteen-year-old boy sprayed with pepper spray.

The boy had taken the pepper spray from his mother's handbag because he felt threatened by a group of students from another school. In front of a gym, he tested the spraying device and sprayed a cloud into the air.

Of the seventeen pupils who inhaled the stuff, nine victims had to be taken to the hospital. The rest was treated on the spot.
