German police are rolling out child porn network

lorrach - The German police and judiciary have rolled up a large child pornography network. Sixty suspects were arrested in various places in the country who exchanged and distributed punishable videos and photos via WhatsApp.

According to justice, the images show serious abuse of small children. Most of the suspects were already known to the police for previous cases of child abuse.

The police sees a forty-year-old man from the vicinity of the South German Lörrach as main suspect. During the search of the house, the police found a large amount of evidence. Through his WhatsApp contacts, the researchers were able to trace co-suspects.
