German police are looking for 'witches'

eppings - After an incident at a carnival parade in the German town of Eppingen near Heilbronn where a badly wounded person fell, the police are looking for two people dressed as witches. The police suspect them of severe abuse and negligence in providing help.

For fun, friends had delivered an eighteen-year-old girlfriend to the witches, said a police spokesman in Heilbronn. One witch seized the young woman, lifted her and held her above a 'cauldron' full of boiling water. Another witch opened the kettle. Then the legs of the woman came to her knees in the steaming water.

The witches would have left her with severe burns after the accident. The young woman has been taken to a specialized clinic where she is likely to stay for one to two weeks, the spokesman said.

The boiler was above a fire on a car that was pulled by several people. They just continued after the incident without worrying about the injured.
