German dog survives fall of 45 meters

dresden - A 75-year-old woman has her dog Jule you deposit some 45 meters down during a walk in the southeast of Germany. Against all expectations, the animal survived the fall. Rescuers hoisted the dog with a pulley in the gap where she had arrived, the fire had more Saturday.

The four-year-old animal was not on a leash. While mom and her family enjoyed the view over the Bastei, a famous rock formation in the region Saxon Switzerland, the dog jumped over the railing and fell into the ravine. After a free fall of 25 meters the fall of the beast it was broken by trees.
