'German crime rises by illegals'

- The crime rate in Germany increased by more than 4 percent last year due to the influx of refugees and illegal immigrants. This writes the Tagesspiegel Sunday referring to the official police statistics for crime in 2015, published Monday.

The crime rates in Germany are under a magnifying glass after reporting a series of assaults during the New Year in Cologne, which was attributed to asylum seekers.
