Fuss about golden Erdogan in Wiesbaden

wiesbaden - An approximately four-meter-high statue of the Turkish president Erdogan causes quite a stir in the German Wiesbaden. The good-looking golden image is part of the art event Wiesbaden Biennale.

That manifestation, which this year has as motto Bad News, is known for provoking. With the image of Erdogan it seems to work well. The artwork was dropped late on Monday evening and the first reactions were already visible on Tuesday. At the front of the statue, the words 'fuck you' were written with a spray can.

As a result of the commotion, the authorities have gathered about the image and decided that it will be allowed to remain on Sunday until the end of the event.
