brussels - The French railway unions in Belgium have confirmed Sunday that their members to go on strike next week. The ultimatum to avoid a strike on Wednesday and Thursday went Sunday night at 22:00. Unions CGSP Cheminots and CSC-Transcom had received to have no response from Minister for Mobility Jacqueline Galant.
The unions had asked the minister to give a clear signal about the guarantee of employment in the public services. Monday there are discussions on the role of the Flemish trade unions, who had previously withdrawn their strike notice. It seems unlikely that this agreement still make changes to the current situation.
