Francescana in Modena again best restaurant

modena - Osteria Francescana in Italy has again been voted the world's best restaurant. The modern restaurant in Modena by chef Massimo Bottura was also the best in 2016, last year it had to be satisfied with the second place in the election of William Reed Business Media.

Chef Bottura is known for his modern twist of classic Italian dishes that are also visually exciting. The top ten is almost identical to that of 2017, only the winner of that year, Eleven Madison Park, dropped to fourth place.
