Former SS \u0026 # x27; er (94) sued by juvenile court

munster - Justice in Germany goes a 94-year-old former SS \u0026 # x27; continue for complicity in the killing of hundreds of people in a concentration camp during the Second World War. The court in Münster said that the case against the former SS \u0026 # x27; serves for a juvenile court because the suspect was not older than 21 at the end of the war.

Justice has not released the identity of the former SS man, a resident of Borken in North Rhine-Westphalia. The suspect himself denies that he was involved in the murders.

The man served in the German concentration camp Stutthof in the Second World War near the Polish city of Gdansk. Tens of thousands of prisoners did not survive the camp.
