cologne - At least seven foreigners have been attacked Sunday in the German city of Cologne. Two of the victims had to be hospitalized, but were able to leave later. It is, according to German media still unclear who is responsible for the violence. It is possible reprisals for the large number of rapes in the city around the turn of the year.
The victims were attacked Sunday by groups of people. Six Pakistanis were attacked in the early evening by twenty men. Later, a Syrian was attacked by about ten people. The police then checked a hundred people, but the perpetrators would not have found. However, two people were arrested because they refused to follow instructions.
