Fly Emirates Record: 17 pm

World March 1, 2016 12:49

auckland - A Boeing 777 of Emirates airline landing Wednesday after more than 14,000 kilometers and 17 hours and 15 minutes flight in Auckland, New Zealand. This is the record for the longest flight distance ever broken. The plane is flying Tuesday from Dubai.

The record for longest flight in terms of coming if all goes well in the hands of Emirates. On March 31, the Dubai airline flies to Panama City, some 17 hours and 35 minutes will take. The current record stands at 16 hours and is owned by the Australian airline Qantas Airways.

It is no surprise that Emirates breaks the record. Six of the offered ten longest flights in the world by this and other airlines from the Middle East.

Emirates is unlikely long to enjoy the record that they settle Wednesday. Qatar Airways will fly this year of Doha, Qatar's capital, Santiago in Chile. That's about 312 kilometers beyond Dubai-Auckland.
