Flooding affects half a million Thai

bangkok - The south of Thailand is facing major flooding caused by heavy rains. At least six people have been killed and almost half a million people have been affected. Railway lines are interrupted and had to be closed an airport.
The tourist island of Samui has to cope with flooding. In some streets the water is knee high. Swimming is prohibited for safety at many beaches.
