Fled Argentine major in trunk

buenos aires - A former Argentine army major was on the run for years, has been discovered and arrested in the trunk of a car in a suburb of Buenos Aires. The 66-year-old Jorge Olivera was 3.5 years on the run after he was convicted of kidnapping and killing dozens of people during the military dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983).
Olivera was sentenced to life in July 2013. Three weeks after the verdict, he escaped from a military hospital in Buenos Aires. On his flight came to an end Monday.
