Five deaths in rubber factory Sri Lanka

horana - Five people were killed in an accident in a rubber factory in Sri Lanka. One of the victims died when he fell into a tank with ammonia.
The four others tried to save him but were poisoned and died too.
Fifteen other workers were injured by the incident in Horana southeast of the capital Colombo. How the first victim could fall into the tank is not known.
