Firefighters killed in Moscow

moscow - At least two and possibly seven firefighters were Thursday night killed while fighting a blaze at a warehouse in northeast Moscow. Two bodies have been recovered. Three (according to Interfax news agency) or five (Wedomosti) colleagues are still missing.

The contact with them was broken when the roof of the building of 1,600 square meters collapsed. There were layers of stored products from a plastic factory. Despite the huge smoke had, according to the authorities, no danger to local residents.
