Finns prevent second 'Cologne'

amsterdam - The Helsinki Police prevented in the New Year's Eve a second 'Cologne'.

         Runners in the Finnish capital had got wind of that there, as in Germany, mass assault would take place. With reinforcements from other parts of the country which was prevented by the Finnish public broadcaster's website quoted a police spokesman.
Six people were arrested Saturday and released. Eventually there were three reports of sexual violence.
