Fillon counter attack

paris - The center-right French presidential candidate Francois Fillon goes Monday in the counterattack in the scandal over the nepbanen for family members. That have sources said around him. He 'is going to tell the truth to the French people.' During the afternoon he speaks at the headquarters of his campaign.

Fillon was elected candidate for Les Républicains in the presidential elections in April and May. But he has come under fire by publications which states that as a parliamentarian enriched his family in improper way through positions where they did not have to do any work.

Justice examines, among other payments that Fillon would have done to his wife Penelope. His children would thus have come to money. The allegations are false according to Fillon.
