- The number of Dutch with a house that 'under water' is taking off significantly this year, provides for Moody's in a report published Tuesday. According to the rating agency delivered the improving housing market more and more people out of the difficult situation that their home is worth less than the amount of mortgage.

Last year, approximately one-third of those with a mortgage loan which amounted to more than 102 percent of the value of the home. This year, shrinking their share is expected to less than a quarter, according to Moody's.

The rating agency assumes in its forecasts that housing prices in the country by 5 percentage will rise further this year. Homes are actually been around since the low point of sales in 2013 each time a little more expensive.

Moody's is not the first party to the number of houses that looks back foot under water. In November last year the Rabobank economic bureau was even a report that this trend was observed.
