Father and daughters are killed in plane crash

washington - Five people were killed in a plane crash in Florida. Shortly after the start from the airport in Polk County, the two-engine private plane crashed. Presumably the dense fog has played a role. The plane went up in flames because of the crash.

The pilot was a 70-year-old lawyer. The other victims were his two daughters aged 24 and 26, a 27-year-old son-in-law and a 32-year-old friend of the family. The Polk County sheriff spoke of a 'terrible tragedy on Christmas Eve. '

The plane was en route from Bartow Municipal Airport to Key West. The pilot had years of experience.
