Family drama Flanders: mother kills three young children

varsenare - A 30-year-old woman from the West-Flanders Varsenare would have killed her three young children at home on the night from Tuesday to Wednesday.

She tried to get out of life by driving a bridge pier along the highway. The attempt failed. She then stated to aid workers that she had done something to her children. In her house in the Varsenare district of Jabbeke, the three lifeless bodies of the children were found, according to Belgian media.

For the time being it is not clear why the woman exactly killed her children between 0 and 4 years old. The police are investigating the tragic case.
