'Facebook wants to stream MLB games'

menlo park - Facebook is on the board of the Major League Baseball (MLB) talking about broadcasting of baseball games. According to Reuters wants Facebook will stream live one game per week. Twitter also would have blended into the fray.

According to media experts are sporting new media like Facebook and Twitter very interesting because sport still attracts many live audience. For Facebook MLB would be a nice addition to existing contracts. The company recently signed a deal with the Mexican Football Federation for the rights to broadcast all matches with English commentary.

That Twitter is interested in law, comes as no surprise. Last year it sent every Thursday an NFL game via a live stream.
