Explosed building Antwerp was in poor condition

Social workers visited the building in August and December and found that one of the tenants could not provide proof that the house was in order. They passed that on to the municipal housing supervision, but it did not come into action.

Justice is still investigating the cause of the explosion. A gas explosion is assumed.
