Evacuations in Germany because WWII bombs

- Thousands of people in Berlin and Koblenz have Sunday morning to leave their homes because bombs from World War II to be defused.

In Berlin, a 250 kilo bomb was found during construction work. Around 11 000 people were evacuated from the Kreuzberg district. Two metro lines can not drive their regular route buses are diverted.

In Koblenz, about 470 kilometers from Berlin, 5000 people have been evacuated. Here an American bomb of 250 kilos was also found when working at a primary school.
